Been curious about these for a while, so I grabbed my first lot after work today. Do any of you collect these little cuties? What ones do you have? I'm excited for the Little Mermaid set that's coming out in May, and I'd also really love the Jiminy Cricket one (Pinocchio's one of my favourite classic Disney films) but can't find him anywhere D:!

I do think they're rather cute! I am a big big Disney fan, and have wanted to collect something characterful for a while, apart from the films, do you know how much they are, and where can you get them, is it just the Disney Store???

Violet: they seem to be really popular right now - seen a lot of people photographing theirs on Instagram & Tumblr but I've only ever actually seen them in the Disney Store while out shopping. Catsby: I've seen them on ebay - overseas sellers (mostly in China) tend to be selling the rarer ones for the same price as the regular ones, so they might be a better option. I'll be grabbing some (and probably forgetting about them until they turn up many weeks later!). They're £3 for these small ones (and they ARE small - 3.5 inches - but very well made, nice plush material & have beans in them) and the larger ones are £10 for a standard medium size plush (8 inches, I'd guess?), or £20 for a huge pillow-sized one. I got all mine at the Disney store, but apparently Clinton cards have them too. To be honest - I like them as a cheaper/smaller alternative to collecting the bigger Disney plush. I love Disney but I don't really want loads of plushies everywhere, so these are ideal. They stack up on top of each other too, which is just adorable.

I only have a large Stitch TsumTsum which was a gift from my mother on my birthday. I love him to bits! As far as collecting goes, I'll be holding off. They're cute, but not my style of cute, if that makes sense? And besides that, most of the ones I want are still Japan exclusive! Give me Oswald, Disney! In terms of others I'd like to get though, it's just Marie and Jiminy. But I'm in no rush to get them. Now if they release Lion King ones... Give me them in all sizes available.

The lady I spoke to in the Disney Store said they release a new batch/range on the first Tuesday of every month, and that May's were indeed Big Hero 6 and the Little Mermaid. They were completely sold out on the first day, and were expecting more in stock soon! I have a feeling these will be very hard to find and highly collectible, so better to be quick and start getting these early I guess!! She gave me a card too, that you get stamped and after 25/50 tsum tsum's you get a special badge too! They are sooooo cute, and as a Disney fan, I just know they'll be my new thing as well as Zelfs!!! Does anyone have a list of which ones have been released so far???

Thanks for the link, cutiepieclover! I'm still undecided on these critters. I was pretty excited about them at first, but the fierce rush to actually grab them while they're in stock is off-putting, particularly as I don't get into town as often as I'd probably need to to get them. I sometimes prefer collecting things actually *in person* because it's the fun of the chase, as it were? And I had hoped to do that with these. Never the less, they are available online (and very cheap direct from Japan on ebay!), so thanks a lot for the website link - it's nice to actually see which ones are available!

Thanks, cutiepieclover! Ortensiaaaaaa ;_; I wish they'd release more of her, she is just such a fantastic character. Gutted that Sorcerer Mickey is a cast exclusive too. Besides Oswald, Ortensia and any potential future Lion King ones, he's one of the only ones I really like.
I'm really glad these haven't captured my heart to be honest, I certainly couldn't afford to collect anymore, haha!

I really want Ortensia too, Garny! She's awesome. I'd be surprised if they don't release Lion King toys in the future!

Many thanks for the link, cutiepie! I've just bought some more (my sister in law works in Clintons so I got 2 free! Yay!) So now I have Donald, Pluto, Eeyore, Piglet and Stitch to add to my collection!!! Garny, yes! If they do Lion King ones and I'm sure they will!, I'll defo be getting those! I don't think I'll be as completist on these though, some of them actually don't look like their cartoon counter-parts if that makes sense, so I don't think I'll get the lesser known characters of some of them! I'm starting with the basic characters first, then we'll see!

Lucky you, Catsby! Always nice to get some freebies I know what you mean too - some of the human characters look a bit strange, or Sebastian from the Little Mermaid...he's one of my fave characters but his toy looks so unlike how he is in the film I'm not sure I want him!

Very cute, Catsby! I love the Dumbo one too! I really want Mickey and Minnie (bought them for a friend's daughter's birthday XD when I got Thumper/Miss Bunny!), but I've seen the Valentines exclusive ones on ebay and I might get them instead. They look cute in a more muted, brown colourscheme!

Yeah there are some that are so much cuter than others aren't there? I'm not a big fan of the human looking ones really, and a couple of them don't look right at all! So definitely not completist on these, but they are cute enough for me to get my faves!

Disney have asked TLK fans to retweet if they want a Lion King set... I hope they pay attention to that post, it's gotten more faves and RTs than most of their normal tweets!
