Thanks! ^^ Yeah, I debated on getting her, but she reminds me of a friend on a pony site I go to, so I just HAD to buy her since she reminded me of that person. ^^ (She loves mermaids and glitter. I do as well.)

Um, do you think anyone would be interested in trading a Polly Rodger in packaging for a large Dorothy Doe? Or do people usually trade a large for large?

Great start so far Ziraous, Garny was in fact my very first Zelf, am a Purple fan also! Mermalade is cool, in both large and medium sizes! I'm sure you might be able to find someone who can trade with you, different countries are on different series, so some might be easier to get from people from certain places, if that makes sense? For example, here in the UK we're on Series 4 so they're the easier ones to find here. I think NZ, and Poland are still on Series 2 (which Dorothy Doe is part of) from what I've seen on here and FB, so try finding someone from there, as they should be able to pick her up fairly easily???  |

Well, I just came back from TRU hoping to get Chocolaa, but someone already got to her…Dratz!
But! I did pick up Laylani & Baabera. ^-^
I did notice on Baabera that the paint on her hands are all messed up. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Baabera is SO cute! I wish there was a medium version of her. It's funny how quick these collections grow - I'm steadily making my way through all the mediums right now, I can't stop! Laylani is adorable too. Love the little props that come with the Zelicious range. |

Okay everyone, get ready for a mother load of pictures! ^-^ I'll put them in spoilers so that it won't kill browsers. <3
My recent Haul.
Now, for the individual Pictures. ^-^
I warn you now, there is some negativity in the descriptive part of this post.
New Series 5 Zelfs Review:
Overall: You can see a big difference between the series 1 and series 5. I personally miss the charms. I didn't mind the hair twirl things, but to make them stay in the hair I need to twirl the hair first, pinch tip into the top of the thing then wrap it around. I tried just pinching the hair into it, and well, you can see the difference from Sneak's Hair & Koola's. I'll let you decide which one I did my way. =p I'm also disappointed with the paint jobs. Not the colors…but the job itself.. most of the zelfs I bought had little black dots on them in different places, or their paint was screwed up.
Here you can see the hair twirlers.
Joy Drop: I think she was supposed to be a happy Rainy Day Zelf, since she has the little rain clouds and stuff. ^^ Adorable! Her cutie mark on her butt is very cute.She is one of the top ones I wanted. Super glad I found her. I'm a little disappointed though in the fact of her paint job. She was BRAND NEW right out of the package, and had some sort of blue-ish marks on her arms, a little dot on his tummy area, her one antenna wasn't fully put in and both the tops of antenna were messed up too. You'll see in the pictures. ^^ If I didn't just take her out of the package, I'd swear she was already played with. Still love her though! =)
Sneak-A-Boo! OMG, I jumped and grabbed "him" soon as my eyes saw the word Boo. I personally do not like the fact he is a she. He is going to be my first transgender Zelf. <3 Idk, I just see Sneak as a boy. His power is Daring, which seems more boyish to me. ^^ I personally didn't find any factory defaults on my Zelf. VERY happy about this as he was one of my top wanted Zelfs for this series. ^^
Koolah: Just adorable! I love her more in person than I did seeing her packaging. =) I love koala bears and She is just so kawaii. Adore the leafy hand and the leave son her leg and butt too! At first when I saw her picture I didn't care for the pink hair, but after having her I think it suits her well. =) Now…for my personal Zelf, her tummy is just all kinds of messed up! It's like the paint touched something and what not. She has a black line on her mouth and little black dots all over. Very disappointed with how she came out of the package. She was the ONLY one out of the 2 stores I went to.
Ditty Dot: I LOVE Dalmatians! Ever since I was 2 or 3 years old. When I found out there was a Dalmatian Zelf I went nuts! She glows VERY nicely as well! =) Now, here comes my big negative rant for Ditty….I love purple, don't get me wrong…but really? I feel she was over killed with all the purple. I would of loved to see black and white. For my personal Zelf…what is going on with this smudgy paint on the bellies? >> Once again she was the only 1 at the 2 stores I went to and it looks like she was already played with or something. >> I also don't care for the paint on speckles of this series…Especially on her it does feel so much like paint. This is the main reason I didn't buy Zebbie. I just don't like the hair paint.
Snowanne: I love her! She is fabulous and so purdy. =) I'm debating on taking her out of the package though because her hair with that paint on it…and form the package I saw once again…some more messe ups…on her tail though. I'll get a picture later of this. But I'm very upset with the quality of this season's zelfs. I prefer Quality over Quantity.
Royal-P: Still in the package…I'm hoping to trade this one away for one I don't have. From what I saw this was the ONLY series 5 self I got who didn't have a factory default. Just from what I can see anyways.
Series 4 re-released:
Stardust: OMG I adore her!!!! I think she is like if not my fav, my 2nd fav Zelf!!! Her colors…the star on here head, the adorable face feature and those ears!!! ~Squeals.~ The ONLY issue I have with my personal one of her is the star is messed up.  WHY!?!?! WHY Moose are you doing this to me?!?!?! 
Oceana: ADORED!!! That is all. <3 Personal Zelf: She is great! Her paint is wonderful, no smudges or factory defaults. Just Perfect!!! *.*
Last night had these two girls watching me play some video games. I LOVE this picture because it shows Joydrop's eyes so very well!

Wonderful pictures, thanks for sharing! I didn't see any paint issues on the mediums I found( wizzkas, daisy may, batrina, and candy Lou) but they were the only ones I've come across so it was a definite need to grab them. They seem to be getting more popular in my area so even though I'm picky I'm learning to not be so picky lol. But The first Frankenzelf and snowanne I passed on since there was misprinted areas and rubs. So again when I found better ones I grabbed them. And I have to agree with you on the paint markings in their hair. It's a cute concept, but I don't really like the look of it in person and might try to see if it will wash out. It maybe just try brushing it a bunch since it got a little messed up on Frankenzelf when I fixed his hair.

So I tried just brushing the hair more, while going in different directions and it worked a little. The paint symbols aren't completely gone but they did fade a lot and it's not as noticeable. I will try to get pics but it might be a couple days. The fiancés brother is coming to town tomorrow night and were driving up north for a family get together this weekend. I hope the weather clears back up since it was really cloudy and rained a little today. We need the water here in Cali but I hate long drives in the rain and my broken camera doesn't work well unless I have just the right natural light and even then the pics aren't the best lol.

Thanks, Twinkle! ^^ It;s amazing what phones can do now a days. xD And like my phone isn't even top notch. LMAO. I will say I do need very good lighting to take quality pics though. ^^;

Great pics, Ziraous! Your collection is coming together very nicely. I love your Snowanne-- she is one of my favorites! But I miss the charms too. I haven't even tried the new hair twirly things... they look complicated.  Am I the only one who likes the hair paint? I like how it feels a little bit different than the rest of the hair, and I think it's a cute little detail. |
