Hi, I just joined and wanted to say hi ;D
I've only been collecting Zelfs a little while but I'm amassing a crazy amount already. So far I've only ventured into the mediums! I'm on the lookout for Float, Lochlan and Manny. Also the 3 masquerades I still need - Pega-Sue, Mermalade and Buttershy. If anyone else is in Surrey and spots them please let me know! |

Hiya and welcome to the forum!  I've only been collecting the mediums too, have about 50 altogether (all series 1, 2 and 3 released so far (except Snowphie) and the Zelicious and Masquerades aswell)! Its addictive collecting them! Haha. Just ordered a couple of the larges aswell, as apparently Deeno, Noodles, Talon and Marsha won't be released as mediums and I have a desire to have all of them! Anyways, hope u manage to find the ones you're looking for, and enjoy the madness of the forums! We're a friendly bunch!!!!  |

Thanks! I haven't actually seen many of the large ones. I'm really surprised by the variance in stock of Zelfs even between stores that are part of the same company. Some stores have loads and some no presence at all. I don't know if distribution is really bad or what, and buying online is hazardous price-wise too. It's nice to get back into actual toy hunting again though, I've tended to shop online for the last few years but Zelfs have forced me out there lol ;D

Welcome! Yay another UK member! I just started collecting Zelfs too and around my way (Gloucestershire) a lot of the shops have the same ones. Mainly Masquerades and the wave 2 of series 2 (the animal ones). Although it's not quite as much fun, I might start buying them online as it saves on petrol and I know what I'll be getting rather than being disappointed every time I take a trip to Toys R Us. And then it's also exciting when you know you have them coming in the post hahah. So far I have Pega Sue and Mermalade which were my first two and yesterday surprisingly I managed to find Lullaby and Sealia in Asda! I still have loads on my list that I would like though!

Have u checked out Tesco's or Asda? I picked up a spare Flitter last week for customizing, Lochlan and Snap Jack are quite popular ones so it may be harder to find them in shops and there were Teeny Genies in toys r us a while back. They were all part of the first wave in Series 2 which came out in March/April time this year so they may have been replaced with the Series 3 in shops now!?! Good Luck in finding them!

I've tried a couple of Tesco's, I don't have many large Asda's this direction but I will investigate. They don't hang around long do they lol. Hopefully they will get a rerelease further down the road.

I saw a Flitter and Teeny Geenie in one of my local Tescos. I was surprised to see them as all the other Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's all have the same standard stock. I bought the Teeny Genie as I hadn't seen her before although not sure if I'm keeping her as I have Pega Sue. The Flitter looked a bit dirty and didn't have the best paint job so I left it, otherwise I may have been tempted to by her. Unfortunately the Flitter has now been bought otherwise I would have offered to get it for you. I'm on the look out for Snap Jack but I've had no luck so far.

So they are definitely out there somewhere then! I've asked character if they plan on restocking soon, I expect I already know the answer to that  Amazingly, the old character website stock check trick still works too! They only had 2 mermalades left so I grabbed what I needed! |
