I want to make my daughter custom minis. Can some one tell me how to dye or trade the hair. I wasn't sure if its the same as doing it with the medium zelfs and don't want to ruin them. Thank you!

Hi! Sorry, I've not made any custom Zelfs myself but there are quite a few tutorial and custom-ideas videos on Youtube.

I like to watch DisneyEverAfter's videos because she also makes really cute, matching little houses for her Zelfs. Here is her video showing her custom My Little Pony zelfs:

I actually swapped the hair on some of my Lil Zelfs before I even attempted on a medium one.

I work with mediums, hair swaps, paint pens and sharpies; so I would imagine apart from being a bit more fiddlier, the lil' zelfs should be alright to do also?!?

Thank you everyone! Her bday is right after Christmas and I'd like to make her custom "rares" because I cannot afford the real ones. I know she will love all the ones I was able to collect and this will be a bonus. ☺

Awwww that's sweet! I've made a ton of medium customs, the only ones in the world on my Customs Corner page here. Hopefully they'll give you some inspiration?!? Your daughter will love the fact that nobody else in the world has a Zelf like she will! Please post pics when you do them, I like to see what others have come up with!
