Wow! I went to Argos today to buy a medium Zelf. The cashier lady looked at the order on her screen and said there was only 1 left. She went to go get it for me and then came back some minutes later and apologised saying that there was a mistake and that there were none left at all!  I couldn't believe it! Oh well. I'm back in my home-town tomorrow so will have a look in the toy shops there, but it will have to be on Thurs now. Too excited! I need new Zelfs now! And this is from a 27 year old. XD (Hopefully!) I will be able to update this thread on Thurs with pics if I am successful! |

Aww sorry to hear that. Sounds like someone had either reserved one (When I got Lunanne, it said there was only 1 in stock but they bought out Lunanne and Pega Sue. Then they realized one was reserved so I could only take 1. Don't think the person went in or wanted Pega Sue though because I got Pega Sue a day or 2 later.) or that the zelf had only just been sold so the system hadn't quite updated. Hopefully you will have better luck on Thursday. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.  |

I have been away from this forum for a little while so I don't know when S4 came out. Was it only at the begininng of January? Because that's why I was so surprised that this Argos was sold out.
Thanks! Either way I will be snapping up a Toadstool and Ribbita playset on Thurs on Amazon UK because it's only £9.99. Hopefully the price won't go back up again, for some reason before then. XD

I hope Argos isn't too far from you. There aren't any Argoses where I live (Alabama, United States). The only place I can buy Zelfs where I live is Toys R Us, and the nearest one is a full half-hour drive from me. It's not *TOO* far, but it's just far enough that it's more than just a casual drive to get there and back. (And God help me if I get stuck in rush hour traffic on the way back! That would add an extra half hour to the trip on top of the normal driving time.)

Aw, that sucks  I know Argos don't have a very good reservation system (from the staff's perspective, at least) - When I reserved all their Zelfs (since I wasn't sure what they had in), I came down, chose the Zelfs that I wanted, and the lady told me that she had to go through a complicated procedure just to put these Zelfs through as sold and take the reservation off for others to claim them. Good luck on your Zelf hunting though! I hope you're able to find some on Thursday  |

Oh that's a shame sarahsatsuma! I mentioned this in another thread, I'm quite lucky that where I am there are several Argos's and each time I've been so far, have managed to pick up new Zelfs! Hope you have better luck soon and sending positive vibes your way!! |
