A bouquet of flowers arrived from my aunt for my birthday (on Feb. 19th), so some pictures had to happen. Here are Laylani and Hibiscus Elfa. They both smell SO AMAZING!! I really, really love their scents this year. I'm tempted to paint in the white flowers on Laylani's head. Wouldn't they look nice in different colors? I actually took more pictures than this with some of my older Zelfs, but you'll have to wait until later to see the other pictures. The flowers made such a beautiful background.

Awwwww gorgeous pics as always Vi! I think I'm one of the few that actually really likes Leylani! Yes you are right, the white lei in her hair would look great filled in (maybe pink and green to match her hair?) The smells didn't last very long on my particular Zelicious Zelfs, so make the most of the nice flowery scents for now! Also is it me or do Leylani's eyes look super big in these pics! (a bit Puss in Boots doing his cute eyes in Shrek?) Lol!

She does have big, round-ish eyes. I think the expression on her face is really cute! She looks happy and smiling. The flowers are painted with a glossy white paint, so I'm not sure how well cheap paints will stick to the glossy surface. I'd love to try, though. By the way, Hibiscus Elfa now belongs to my daughter. LOL. She whisked Elfa away to her room, never to be seen again. At least I got to take a couple of pictures first. She didn't like Laylani as much.

Congrats on your new zelfs Violet They are beautiful and you always take such stunning photos. I love Elfa, and I do think Leilani is super cute with her white flower crown but I don't think the grass skirt and sleeves was the right move in my opinion. I completely understand why it was done though, I just don't think it works that well in plastic form. Maybe if you could remove it or it was just a grassline marking around the waist. That's my personal opinion but maybe that's why your daughter didn't like Laylani as much? Also your flowers are gorgeous and perfect for these two!

Beautiful photos, Violet! I think that painting the flower crown would look super cute.
