For those of us that collect the Lil' Zelfs - How do you collect them?
Up until recently, I've barely collected any. I only have a few from Series 1 & 3, and thanks to Teeny Genie not a great deal from Series 2 either. But Series 4, however, I've been very lucky with - Only a handful of swaps and 2/3 of a complete set.
I would like to get one of each Zelf (any finish), and possibly complete Series 4 100%. But since I'm having trouble getting glitters and not many people seem to be trading them, I'm not sure how viable that will be.

I kinda don't actively collect the lil' Zelfs specifically, I usually get four or five of each series, just because I like to think I'm helping keep the sales of the lil's going, but that's about it really for me. I much prefer the mediums.  |

I can't even get them here, except in the huge "greenhouse" sets. Toys R Us is the only place that sells Zelfs where I live, and they don't carry the individual little Zelfs any more. It doesn't even make sense to me, because they used to carry the individual littles in pots (a couple of years ago) and they always sold out of them. They never, ever bothered to stock the ones that came in the mushrooms, which were the ones I wanted. So, I just don't bother with them. If Toys R Us doesn't carry them, then how can I buy them? (Are you listening, Toys R Us? Grrr.)
The greenhouse sets are just not as much fun as the little individual pots/mushrooms, and I don't want to spend that much money at once to get more little Zelfs than I want.

catsby - Woops, I knew there'd be one option I'd forget! Violet - We've had that set in for ages (£29.99)... They never sell, but our TRU very rarely have sales. We still sell the Lils too though. But I know what you mean - We had some X/Y Tomy Pokemon plushies in once... They sold out within a week, and they never bothered to restock. I really don't understand TRU's marketing strategy, even though I used to work there :/

I only collect one of each character to keep me sane  it is too much to collect all finishes from blind bags, I am always on the fence about blind bags or pots/ mushrooms in this matter, is it an awesomely fun surprise or a nasty way for companies to get you to buy more of their products? Anyway the lil zelfs are so adorable |

I just like the pearly finish ones. I also like the GitD ones but not enough to get the greenhouse pack since it has too many glitter and plain ones. Tho if I ever saw a series 3 or 4 greenhouse I might have to get it.
