Imagine that one day you've got a friend who also wants to start collecting Zelfs. Aside from their favorites, what Zelfs should they include in their collection? Who are the most unique, the most iconic, the most special Zelfs of them all, the ones that deserve to be proudly displayed? Who are those Zelfs that no collection would feel complete without them? What Zelfs should be part of the "starter pack" of a newbie Zelf collector? Of course, this is just for fun, I'm not saying that everyone "must have" these Zelfs literally  |

Hmmmm..... this one's quite tricky really. I would say the Series 1's are a kinda 'must have' for your collections really, for no other reason that they were the originals! Then there are Zelfs whom I consider quite important (but this is just my personal opinion) they include, Birchy, Kitsu and Snap Jack from S2. Lullaby, Manny, Float and Ty Foon from Series 3. I'm not sure why really. From S4, it has to be Sketalia, Polly Roger, Flare and Stardust. I'd also say get at least one Large Zelf. Again, dunno why really. Haha. And at least one Rare Zelf, just for the satisfaction of having one in your collection. But for me, I have to have at least one of every Zelf released so far, so I collect mainly mediums and have all of S1,2,3,and 4. All the Rare's, and every large that hasn't been released as a medium (I make my own medium versions) so I pretty much have every Zelf in my set in some form or another.  |

I know it's just my personal opinion, but for me, the must-haves are Manny, Garny, Ty Foon and Snap Jack. In fact, I bought a few Zelfs for one of my friends last year, and Ty Foon was one of them. I think I'll add Lochlan to that list, too, because he's so unique and interesting. |

My must have recs would be...
S1: Elfa, Garny, Lunanne, Spellinda
S2: Birchy, Kitsu, Webina, Lady B
S3: Dolly, Ty Foon, Petal
S4: Sketalia, Stardust, Ooma, Flare, Galexia, Oceana
Scented Tiki
Larges: Lochlan, the white dragon (I hate his stock name and refuse to even type it), Sheldon. Maybe So Anne? I don't have her yet, so I can't say for sure, but I like her a lot.
And Cleocat, of course!
