THEY ARRIVED IN THE UK. And they're cuter than I imagined. I can't stand it <3! My bf was such a sweetheart & picked up Starkle and Moona for me, but they were all in stock (minus Sugar Bunny!)! I shared all these photos in our lovely Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1648321352064463/?fref=nf go join!!), but here they are again!   Starkle's cape! Isn't it amazing?   Details of the gems!  Their little accessories are adorable, and (IMO!) a little more detailed/nicer than those that came with the Zelicious characters!  My Starkle has some paint flaws, but...that's actually kinda why I got him <3 I love this blue baby!  I'm in love with Moona's amazing headpiece! Doesn't it look just like a real crystal formation??? Hope you like the photos everyone! |

I'm in love with Moona's headpiece, too! I would have named her Amethyst, though, instead of Moona. Omigosh, her face is SO CUTE!!! Wow, I didn't realize Starkle had a star-covered cape. I've been wondering what his "wings" looked like. (I thought they were a new style of wings. LOL.) Thanks so much for the pictures! These are my two must-haves from the crystal series. I can't wait to get them. I'm not sure I love the crystals in their tummies. I love them despite the tummy crystals, not because of them.  |

According to the bio, Moona is a boy  I know the zelf genders don't really matter, but thought you might be curious to know what they said in the leaflet bios! Starkle's cape is perfect. I honestly squealed when I opened him up & saw it ! I hope you can get them soon! |

I assumed Moona was a boy, for some reason!
Perhaps just the sandman theme? but zelfs can be whatever you want 'em to be!

Omg they are sooooooo stinking cute!!!! I can't wait for the crystals to get here. I personally love the little gems since they remind me even more of the trolls I had when I was little. But zelfs are way cooler and cuter lol. Thank you for sharing and congrats!

Congrats Twinkle, on being the first to get the Crystals!!!! They are lovely, and I can't wait to get them )especially Starkle - I wonder why?!?  Hee hee.) The pics are fantastic and I also thought Moona was a girl for some reason??? I love Moona's headpiece and his face is so cute too! I love everything about the Crystals really, I'm hoping for Catsby, Lullaby and Stardust in the next Series! Haha. Oh, I can't wait to see Moonicorn when you get her!!! |

I thought of you when I got Starkle! And a crystal Stardust makes perfect sense! I couldn't resist and went back to Toys R Us after work today to pick up the others! Congrats on getting these. They are AMAZING!! I just ordered Starkle on ebay. After seeing your pictures of him I couldn't resist. Love his little wizard outfit with cape and gloves..YAY My intuition tells me all of the crystal gemz are going to end up in our house |

I love all of them but my favorites are, in no particular order, Moona, Starkle, Moonicorn, and Angelala. While I like Sew-anne and Sugar Bunny, (since her colors are much better than her regular release) the lack of shiny bits other than their belly gems saddens me.

Thank you, everyone! I'm touched that my photos are convincing people to buy them! Wardah - I see your point about the gems, but personally I like it the downplayed look they went with. The translucent plastic they used for details (Moonicorn's horn, Angelala's wings etc) makes a lovely contrast with the regular plastic. if that helps at all! Also, these are a LOT cuter in person. Photos really don't do them justice! |

Aww congrats Twinkle. I may just have to get the train to Liverpool to zelf hunt seeing as we lack both Smyths and TRU here (and Liverpool isn't really that far away from me. It's more having the time to go. ^^ I MUST get Moona, Starkle & Angelala. Moona and Starkle are amazing and I really like Angelala. I wanted her original but never managed to get her unfortunately. I probably won't bother with the other 3. This Sugar bunny is better than her original but not enough to make me want her, whilst So-anne is the opposite for me as I much prefer her super. Which is annoying as I'd rather like a medium version of her but the overload of pink doesn't work for me on her. I really want to like Moonicorn but I don't sadly. I always thought the paint around her gem was a little messy. I realize now -thanks to your pics- that it's not at all but I still don't like it and she seems a little plain compared to the others. |

Aw, it's all good! I'm actually aiming to collect "all" the mediums (not bothering about those that dont look too different from each other, like the Masquerades and so on or repeat releases) as I like using them in photoshoots, but if there's only a few you like, no need to feel bad about it - just get the ones you really want! Moona is my fave overall I think...such a pretty colour scheme and I love the face and ears! Good luck finding them, even if you have to venture over here! |

Moona I wasn't sure about when we first saw the pics a while ago, but now I love him! Those ears and head-piece, his cute face and smile and the colours are all wonderful, and Starkle is soooo adorable, his cape and gloves and two of my fave colours!!!! (I wonder how he would look with little boots too! and a sorceror's hat with lil stars?!?) Shush, stop giving yourzelf ideas!..... |

Oooh, those are really pretty... I wasn't sold on the Crystal Zelfs from seeing the stock images, but looking at all of these gorgeous photos may sway me. Moose should hire some fans to do the photography shoots, am I right? And the accessories are way cool-- I love the little glittery carts they come with. I can't wait to see them here in the US. |

I agree, I'm not big on the playsets either... I just don't have the space for them. I bought the set that came with Beetrice just so I could get her, removed her from the playset, then sold the playset on. But the little accessories are super cute! |

Yeah, I understand I don't mind little sets/accessories as I use them in photography, but massive playsets aren't really my thing. Beetrice is cute! What did you think of that, er, "scent", though? XD |

Oh my GOSH, that synthetic honey scent was HORRIBLE! My husband would not even let me keep her in the house for the first few weeks-- I had to put her on the porch and let her air out. On warm days if you walk by my Zelfs display you can still faintly smell it, but it's not as bad as it was. But yes, it was very... fragrant, to put it mildly. |
