I accidentally went to the Canadian Zelf website instead of the US one and I saw the "Send in 10 for Cleo.." thing and was like "OMAGOSH! IZ SOOOOO HAPPY! *DANCES*" So I went clicky-clicky-click and saw the "Canada only" thing. So then I realized I was on the wrong site, went to the US one but I couldn't find anything about the promo. Does anyone know the details? *Sulks in corner with Zelf family*  |

Yes, unfortunately that's a Canadian exclusive.
We have a similar thing here in the UK, where if you spend over £30 and send in receipts you get a rare.
I heard Cleocat was still available in the UK too, if you request her instead of Pearleen, but that may be limited to those who have enough receipts to redeem more than one.

It's because we can't ever find the rares just in a store  we HAVE to open our zelfs and cut up the packaging and mail it in to get a rare here in Canada  (sad for me b/c I dont open mine) |

It's for Snowphie actually, not Cleo. Everyone was expecting Cleo, though. Good luck on your search for the rares! They sure can be hard to track down :/
